• All orders shipped outside Singapore are shipped via Air-Freight using our authorised air or sea forwarding agents. For small parcel shipments, we will use either DHL, FEDEX or UPS service or as instructed by clients. All customs, duties, taxes, or any such charges imposed at the destination are the sole responsibility of the receipient.

• Payment options for international orders are either :-
  1. Irrevocable Letter of Credit confirmed by a local bank in Singapore
  2. Bank-to-bank Wire/Telegraphic Transfer
  3. Bank Drafts/Cheques, which shipment is subject to fund clearance
